0 Caesar salad : the truth behind the calories and a recipe for a better dressing .- by Bruna Gallo

Hello ladies today I'm here to reveal the truth about the classic Caesar salad
Everyday I see more and more people ordering caesar salad thinking its something healthy and part of the whole "eating clean " thing ................WRONG  !!!!!!
So I decided to run some numbers and ...........are you sitting down ?
A traditional Caesar salad has 470 calories , 40 grams of fat ( 9 grams of which are saturated ) and 1070 milligrams of sodium .
You are almost better off with buttered popcorn and chocolate .
Since most of the fat comes from the oil and cheese, it's really easy to create a healthier Caesar dressing just by swapping a few ingredients . I would replace most of the oil with good chicken broth ,  Worcestershire sauce for anchovies and a touch of  Dijon mustard for flavor .
Here's a healthier Caesar salad dressing recipe that I love ;)
