Hello ladies todays post will be all about chocolate and of course some easy tips on eating right during the holidays 👌
I got this recipe and tips from one of my favorite fitness magazine and decided to share it with you
Hope you ladies enjoy it !
Tips for the dinner table:
Dinner
• Eat regular meals all day long and then enjoy the planned dinner event.
• Try a little bit of everything on the menu rather than going all out on one or two calorie-dense items.
• Don’t stuff yourself. Take your time and enjoy the food and company.
• Make something to share for the party. Bring an appetizer or side dish and look at this as an opportunity to share foods that you love, too.

Dessert
The dessert table is often the most common place we go overboard. If you love something sweet but have trouble sticking to just one slice of pie, you might consider bringing your own healthy treat to share! Indulge with a sliver of pie, then sample a bit of your own creation—satisfying your sweet tooth, while keeping calories in check.

I’ve been known to trick people with a healthier dessert, proving that good ingredients can create something sinful.
