Hello Tuesday! Hello ladies! Did anybody look into yoga this past week ? If so how was your experience ?
Today I wanna cover a topic that for most of us is a struggle , sticking to your diet during the weekend .
If you are like me who ABSOLUTELY loves trying new restaurants,tasting different kind of food different wines but at the same type wont give up being a size 2 I FEEL FOR YOU
But no need to go crazy Im here to help you , in todays post I will go over simples things you can do to save some calories while eating out
1 SKIP THE BREAD SKIP THE BREAD SKIP THE BREAD !
( no need for the extra calories )
2 DONT DRINK ALL YOUR CALORIES ! NO SODAS ! PINA COLADAS ARE A BIG NO NO NO NO !!
( it doesn't even go well with food dont do it its pure sugar )
( try going for a glass of wine or clear liquors like a good old vodka and tonic or vodka and soda)
3 RESEARCH THE MENU BEFORE YOU GO !
( you dont wanna end up in a place where all they have is fried food )
4 DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR SUBSTITUTIONS
( the wait staff will give you a dirty look but hey who cares )
5 GRILLED VS FRIED STEAMED VS SAUTEED
( grilled wins ) ( steamed wins ) its all about smart choices
6 SHARE A DESSERT WITH YOUR DATE
( great way to save calories and still taste that warm chocolate yummy )
7 SALAD DRESSING ALWAYS ON THE SIDE
( cream base dressings are packed with calories i will go for plain extra virgin olive oil instead)
8 ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET
( once a month !! )
9 TRY MAKING YOUR RESERVATION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE
( going out to dinner after 10 is probably not a good idea )
10 GREEN TEA AFTER DINNER
( no sugar no honey plain green tea after dinner )
11 IF YOU ARE A BIG COFFEE DRINKER AND WONT SETTLE FOR TEA REMEMBER TO ASK FOR SKIM MILK
( flavored coffees are packed with sugar no good ! )
Now that we covered great tips you are ready to dress up make a reservation and go out to celebrate life
