Good morning gorgeous girls!!
We all know summer is  over and fall is here already.
I'm going to start a new topic, is going to call TT:my summer project 2013.
Going to post videos, posts about fitness to show you all,how I'm getting ready for summer2013. This will help you who wants little motivation to start to workout and to be fit  for summer13.
This first video is the insanity workout, I know some of you girls know about this amazing workout.
This is great for people to workout at home.  
This is a 15 minutes workout. Ok you are saying only 15 minutes! But really this is hard!!
If this is your first time working out take slow, and drink water.
Now lets move the furniture, grab your water & dress fabulous!
